Information may be used to respond to an inquiry, evaluate whether legal services may be available, communicate about the inquiry, operate and secure the website, comply with legal obligations, and understand marketing performance.
Who may receive information
Information may be shared with JAG Legal, Nectar Legal Group, a litigating law firm working with JAG Legal as co-counsel, evaluating attorneys, intake and technology providers, and other service providers that support the review. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We may use analytics and advertising measurement services to understand visits and measure generic actions such as starting or completing an intake form. We do not intentionally send names, contact information, product names, medical information, or form responses to those platforms.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send information you consider privileged until an attorney confirms representation in writing.
